Cancellation Policy
We value your time and are committed to providing personalized, high-quality care to every client. To help us maintain an efficient schedule and offer appointment availability to all families, we kindly ask for your cooperation with our cancellation policy: A $30 fee will be charged to your card if: - You do not show up for a scheduled appointment without notice. - You cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice. This policy helps ensure that we can offer timely appointments to all clients and the fee covers the reserved time set aside specifically for your child and the cost of reserved time that could have been offered to another family in need of services. We understand that emergencies happen, and we’ll always do our best to be flexible when possible. To avoid this fee, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to make changes to your appointment.
